You can return your item 14 days from the date you received it.
For all returns, please include the purchased item, along with: Proof of purchase, Return form.
Shipping Fees
You are responsible for most return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return. Exceptions: Bleu Lux Candle Bar will cover shipping fees in when Items are damaged and/or defective.

Bleu Lux Candle Bar does not charge restocking fees for damaged and/ or defective items.
Process Details

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Bleu Lux Candle Bar will process your return. Please allow at least 7-14 days to process your return. Refunds may take 1 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Bleu Lux Candle Bar will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
